Chaida Chrysanthi currently serves as Laboratory Assistant and Teaching Staff at the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She studied Food Technology at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, Greece and graduated at 1981. During her internship she worked for 6 months at the meat industry ΒΙΚΗ and the fruit juice company ΚΟΝ.ΖΑΚ in Arta. From 1984 until 1987 she worked for the Milk Quality Improvement Program of the Hellenic Ministry of Agriculture as a technician.
At 1987 she temporarily employed at the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and at 2000 she got a permanent position. She participated in research programs of the microbiology and food hygiene group from 1984 to 2001.
Her duties are the preparation and the teaching of lab practicals of the courses:
