Koletsou Georgia is a laboratory technician of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She studied chemistry assistant at a public technical school and graduated in 1979. She worked in the Technical School of Thessaloniki (TEI) of the food technology department with seasonal contracts (1983-1984). She worked in the dairy lab of the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with temporal contracts (1985-1987). From 1987 up to now, she started working as a permanent employee. Her main responsibilities are: the preparation and conduction of laboratory undergraduates’ courses of the Department of Food Science and Technology.
